Cortesi Gallery
Cortesi Gallery was founded in 2013 by the Cortesi family, specialising in European artistic movements from the 1950s to the present day. The gallery, located in Lugano and Milan, is animated by a varied programme carried out in collaboration with specialists of the field, external curators, researchers, artists’ archives and foundations. Over the years, Cortesi Gallery has developed an exhibition agenda focused on Italian and international artists from the 20th century in relation to the contemporary art world. Amongst the past initiatives, the gallery has hosted major presentations of ZERO Group, New Tendencies, Conceptual, Minimal and Abstract Art. Each year Cortesi Gallery takes part in major international art fairs, such as TEFAF (New York and Maastricht), The Armory Show (New York), Arte Fiera (Bologna), MIART (Milano), BRAFA (Brussels), artmiami (Miami) and many others.A
